Website Design & Digital Transformation

Voraty

A complete digital transformation, bringing brand, technology and customer experience together.

The project

Voraty helps businesses access smarter solutions across card payments, EPOS, merchant services, business telecoms, utilities and finance. Operating across several specialist sectors, the business needed a digital presence that could communicate its offering clearly, establish credibility and turn website visitors into genuine commercial opportunities.

AMB360 was brought in to transform Voraty’s online presence, creating a modern, commercially focused website that would better reflect the business, strengthen its brand positioning and provide a scalable platform for future growth.

This wasn’t simply about giving the existing website a fresh coat of paint. It was about rethinking how Voraty presents its services, how customers navigate its offering and how the website supports the wider sales process.

From the visual identity and website architecture through to bespoke functionality, interactive calculators, content development and customer communication tools, we delivered a complete digital transformation.

The challenge

Voraty operates in markets where competition is significant, products can be complex and trust plays an important role in purchasing decisions.

Its previous website communicated the broad proposition but lacked the visual impact, clarity and structure needed to properly showcase the breadth of the business.

The challenge was to bring several different service areas together under one consistent brand experience without overwhelming visitors or making the website unnecessarily complicated.

Card payments and EPOS needed to appeal to businesses looking for practical payment solutions. Merchant services required clear commercial messaging. Telecoms, utilities and business finance needed their own dedicated explanations and conversion journeys.

At the same time, the website needed to accommodate partner enquiries, customer support, educational content and future case studies.

Our objective was to create a digital experience that felt premium, approachable and credible while making it considerably easier for prospective customers to understand what Voraty offers and take the next step.

Our approach

We approached the project as a complete digital experience rather than a collection of individual web pages.

The starting point was establishing a clearer visual and commercial direction for the brand. We retained Voraty’s recognisable identity while refining how its colours, typography, imagery and messaging were presented across the website.

We introduced a stronger visual hierarchy, combining deep navy backgrounds, clean white space, carefully positioned green accents and bold, confident typography.

The result is a design system that feels consistent across the entire website while giving individual services enough flexibility to communicate their own benefits.

We also placed considerable emphasis on usability. Every major page was planned around a clear customer journey, with intuitive navigation, concise messaging, prominent calls to action and layouts that work across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

Brand identity and visual direction

One of the most important elements of the project was ensuring that Voraty looked and felt like an established, professional business.

We refined the presentation of its existing branding, introducing a more consistent approach to colour, spacing, typography, buttons, imagery and supporting visual elements.

Rather than allowing each service area to feel disconnected, we developed a cohesive visual language that could be applied throughout the website.

The homepage establishes this direction immediately, combining a strong commercial statement with high-quality photography and a carefully balanced layout.

Across the wider site, we used contrasting backgrounds, considered content spacing and consistent component styling to create a more polished experience.

The visual approach was designed to communicate professionalism and confidence without sacrificing accessibility or ease of use.

Bespoke imagery and creative direction

Imagery played a significant role in bringing the new website to life.

Rather than relying entirely on generic corporate photography, we developed a more deliberate visual approach, selecting and creating imagery that reflects the environments in which Voraty’s products and services are used.

For the payments and EPOS sections, this meant natural, commercially relevant scenes featuring card terminals, retail environments, hospitality businesses and real-world payment interactions.

For the wider business services, imagery was chosen to reinforce professionalism, connectivity and practical business support.

We paid particular attention to image composition, ensuring that subjects were positioned appropriately within each layout and that important details remained visible across different screen sizes.

The result is a more engaging website where imagery supports the messaging rather than simply filling space.

Custom WordPress website development

We developed the website using a bespoke WordPress theme, giving Voraty a flexible, manageable platform without the unnecessary complexity of a generic, heavily customised template.

The website was built around reusable components, consistent styling and dedicated page templates, making it easier to maintain and expand as the business develops.

We created a full-width, responsive design with a carefully structured navigation system, sticky header, tailored mobile layouts and clear conversion opportunities throughout.

The development work included custom PHP templates, responsive CSS, interactive JavaScript components and WordPress functionality designed around Voraty’s requirements.

Particular attention was given to ensuring the site remained visually consistent across different devices, including the treatment of hero sections, image positioning, buttons, navigation and forms.

The result is a website built specifically for the business rather than a generic theme adapted to accommodate it.

A clearer structure for every service

With multiple commercial offerings, website architecture was particularly important.

We developed dedicated pages and customer journeys covering card payments and EPOS, merchant services, business telecoms, business finance and the wider solutions available through Voraty.

Each section was structured to explain the relevant service, communicate its benefits and provide visitors with a straightforward route to making an enquiry.

The homepage acts as a central introduction to the business, while the dedicated service pages provide the additional detail customers need when exploring specific solutions.

We also introduced interactive service showcases, allowing visitors to explore card terminals, merchant services and EPOS within a consistent, engaging interface.

These sections were designed with balanced layouts, carefully controlled image dimensions and clear links to the appropriate service pages.

By simplifying how the different services connect, we created a more intuitive experience that supports both customers who know exactly what they need and those who are still exploring their options.

Interactive calculators and commercial tools

One of the more important functional developments was the introduction of a bespoke card payment cost calculator.

For businesses considering a change of payment provider, understanding processing costs can be difficult. Different pricing structures, transaction fees and monthly charges can make straightforward comparisons challenging.

We developed an interactive calculator designed to make those costs easier to understand.

Visitors can enter their monthly card turnover and existing monthly processing costs to calculate their effective blended processing rate.

The tool then compares that figure against a 1% benchmark, illustrating the potential difference in monthly and annual costs.

Where the information entered doesn’t support a meaningful comparison, the experience directs visitors towards requesting a personalised review rather than presenting an unreliable estimate.

This functionality gives prospective customers an immediate reason to engage with the website while supporting Voraty’s consultative approach to sales.

Importantly, the calculator is more than a visual feature. It helps turn an otherwise complicated commercial discussion into a clearer starting point for an enquiry.

Conversion-focused design and lead generation

Throughout the project, we focused on making the website commercially useful.

Strong design is important, but a business website also needs to encourage meaningful action.

We introduced strategically positioned calls to action across the site, encouraging visitors to explore solutions, request a review, speak to the team or submit an enquiry.

The homepage and service pages use prominent buttons, supporting content and clear messaging to guide visitors towards the most appropriate next step.

We also developed dedicated contact and enquiry experiences, ensuring that prospective customers can reach the business without navigating through unnecessary pages.

The emphasis was on reducing friction, making the website easy to understand and ensuring that conversion opportunities feel like a natural part of the customer journey.

WhatsApp integration and customer communication

Making Voraty more accessible to prospective customers was another important part of the development.

We integrated WhatsApp directly into the website, providing visitors with a convenient way to start a conversation with the team.

Rather than using a generic, intrusive floating icon, we developed a branded WhatsApp contact element that sits comfortably within the wider design.

The integration uses Voraty’s visual styling and includes clear supporting messaging so visitors understand exactly what the feature offers.

We also considered the mobile experience carefully, ensuring that the contact element remains accessible without unnecessarily obstructing website content.

This provides an additional communication channel alongside the website’s traditional enquiry forms and calls to action.

For customers who prefer a quick conversation over completing a form, WhatsApp offers a more immediate way to engage with the business.

Building a platform for partners

Voraty’s website also needed to support its wider commercial relationships.

We developed a dedicated Become a Partner section, providing a clear introduction to partnership opportunities and a route for interested businesses or individuals to make contact.

The page follows the same visual principles as the rest of the website while presenting a distinct proposition for a different audience.

This ensures the platform supports not only direct customer acquisition but also the development of Voraty’s partner network.

Business insights, case studies and supporting content

Beyond the core commercial pages, we developed additional areas designed to support credibility, education and long-term content development.

The Business Insights section provides a dedicated home for articles, industry information and practical business guidance.

We created a structured article listing with a consistent grid layout, alongside individual article templates that maintain the website’s visual identity and provide a clear reading experience.

We also developed a case studies area, giving Voraty a platform to showcase customer experiences, demonstrate its expertise and build further credibility over time.

A dedicated Help Centre provides an additional destination for customer information and support.

Together, these sections create a broader digital platform that can evolve beyond the initial launch and support future content marketing and organic search activity.

Responsive design and mobile experience

A significant part of the development involved ensuring that the website works effectively across different screen sizes.

We didn’t treat mobile responsiveness as an afterthought.

Navigation, content spacing, imagery, buttons, forms and interactive sections were all considered as part of the overall user experience.

Hero images were positioned to preserve important subjects, content layouts were adapted for smaller screens and interactive elements were refined to remain usable on mobile devices.

We also addressed practical interface details, including header spacing, button behaviour, visual consistency and the positioning of floating contact features.

The aim was to create a website that feels deliberately designed for each device rather than simply compressed to fit a smaller screen.

Technical foundations and long-term flexibility

Behind the visual design, we built the website with maintainability and future development in mind.

The bespoke WordPress structure provides flexibility for adding new pages, updating content, expanding service offerings and publishing insights or case studies.

We incorporated logical page structures, consistent templates, responsive assets and technical SEO foundations to support future optimisation.

Custom functionality was developed around specific business requirements, avoiding unnecessary complexity where a simpler solution would provide a better experience.

This gives Voraty greater control over its website while providing a strong foundation for future improvements.

The outcome

The finished website represents a substantial transformation in how Voraty presents itself online.

What was previously a relatively straightforward corporate website has become a more comprehensive digital platform, bringing together brand presentation, service information, customer engagement and commercial functionality within one cohesive experience.

The new design establishes a stronger and more professional visual identity, while the revised structure makes it easier for visitors to understand the business and explore its services.

Bespoke tools such as the payment cost calculator provide practical value to prospective customers, while WhatsApp integration, improved enquiry journeys and prominent calls to action make it easier to start a conversation.

Dedicated partner, insights, case study and support sections also provide the infrastructure needed for continued growth.

Most importantly, the website is now designed to do more than simply explain what Voraty offers. It is built to support the way the business attracts, informs and engages prospective customers.

Project outcome

A complete digital transformation, combining premium design, bespoke WordPress development, interactive calculators, tailored imagery and integrated lead-generation tools into one scalable commercial website.

The result is a stronger, clearer and more capable online presence that reflects Voraty’s ambitions and provides a platform for its next stage of growth.
