Bell view windows has been a company for over a decade, providing window, door and other services across the home counties. In a competitive industry it’s important to stand out from the crowd and make your service as slick as possible, so let’s take a look at how we helped build their presence…
Following our strategy meeting, it was quite clear that a digital identity was missing. Social posts were sporadic, and there was no website or review platform in place. As a small company, the owner had to focus on tasks such as chasing invoices and ordering supplies, so we proposed three clear solutions that were needed:
1. A new logo and look and feel for the company
2. A new landing page to manage any enquiries, and to update with projects, activities and news
3. An online payment system to make it quick and easy to receive payments and free up time.
All of the above produced a unique identity with vibrant new colours that reinforce trust and experience, and the landing page is quick to amend and update with the latest news and trends via a bespoke mobile app that allows the owner to point and shoot images and then upload. The new payment system integrates into the website, meaning that quotes and invoices can be issued with a few swipes of an apple pencil, and then automated reminders can be sent after a number of days.
