1. Overview of the Offer
Refer a UK-based business to AMB360. If they sign a contract for paid marketing services and pay their first invoice, you will receive a £500 referral reward. There is no limit to how many businesses you can refer.
2. Eligibility
The Referral Scheme is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
You do not need to be an existing AMB360 customer or client to refer.
You may refer as an individual, freelancer, professional, employee, or business, provided the rules are followed.
AMB360 staff and direct employees are excluded from receiving referral rewards unless pre-approved in writing.
3. Eligible Referrals
For a referral to qualify for the reward:
Referrals must be genuine, consent-based, and submitted before any prior contact has occurred between AMB360 and the referred business.
The referred party must be a UK-based business that is not already a client, partner, or lead in AMB360’s existing sales or CRM systems.
The referred business must:
Sign a new service contract with AMB360 within 6 months of being referred.
Purchase marketing services (such as web design, SEO, branding, content, paid ads, or retainers).
Pay at least one invoice in full and on time, or sign up to a six month digital subscription.
4. Reward Payment Terms
The referrer will receive a £500 reward, paid viabank transfer to a UK bank account.
Payments are issued within 14 days of the referred client paying their first invoice.
Payments are gross amounts – recipients are solely responsible for declaring income and managing any tax implications (including income tax and National Insurance).
A maximum of one reward will be issued per referred business, even if multiple referrers submit the same contact. In such cases, AMB360 will honour the first valid referral received.
5. Submission Process
Use our official referral form, email hello@amb360.co.uk or referral@amb360.co.uk, or use another authorised referral method provided by AMB360.
Include your full name and contact details, along with the referred business’s name, contact person, email address, and (if known) marketing needs.
Confirm that you have explicit permission from the referred party to share their details.
6. Multiple Referrals
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit.
Each qualifying referral can earn a separate reward, provided all conditions are met.
If you refer multiple businesses that convert, you will receive £500 per successful referral.
7. Ineligible Referrals
Self-referrals (referring your own business, employer, or affiliate entity) are not eligible.
Referrals of businesses already in contact with AMB360 are not valid.
Any false, misleading, or incomplete referrals will be disqualified.
AMB360 reserves the right to determine referral eligibility at its sole discretion.
8. Fraud, Misuse & Disqualification
AMB360 reserves the right to investigate all referrals.
We may withhold or cancel rewards if:
The referral was made in bad faith or breaches these Terms.
Fraudulent, unethical, or misleading tactics were used to obtain the referral.
The referred client cancels or defaults on payment within 30 days.
Any misuse of the scheme may result in legal action.
9. Liability
AMB360 is not liable for:
Loss of referral data due to technical errors or incorrect information.
Delays or failure in payment due to inaccurate bank details.
Any taxes owed by the recipient of the reward.
Our total liability under this Referral Scheme is limited to the value of the referral reward (£500) per successful referral.
10. Data Protection
By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have obtained the referred party’s explicit consent to share their personal or business contact information.
AMB360 will handle all personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
11. Duration and Changes
This Referral Scheme is not a limited-time offer but may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time at AMB360’s discretion.
Any valid referrals made will be honoured if they meet the criteria.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from or related to this Referral Scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Updates to These Terms
AMB360 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes by email or through our website. Continued use of services after any such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
